Step-by-step guides for building against Class. Each guide covers registration, authentication, and the full request and response flow, with the API reference alongside it.
All three integrations use the same two environments: the Partner Integration Environment for development and testing, and Production once you're live.
Keep fund and member records aligned between Class and your practice management system. Read and update fund details such as name, ABN, TFN and reporting preferences, and member details including contact information and beneficiaries.
This is a standard integration — your system calls Class.
For actuarial certificate providers. Class initiates a certificate request and sends it to your system; you create and update the request status as work progresses, then upload the signed certificate document back to Class.
This is a callback API, so you'll need to be a registered Actuarial Certificate Provider before you can use it. The guide covers registration, both directions of the exchange, and the full workflow.
For external audit providers. Class initiates an audit request; you return status updates, progress messages, audit documents, completion details, and error messages against that request.
This is also a callback API and requires registration with Class first. The guide covers the request Class sends you, the status values you can set, and what each one expects in the payload.
